How can I purchase Fluidity?
You may purchase Fluidity Barre through our secure website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. To order using a check or money order, please make your check or money order in the full 1-pay amount to this address: FLUIDITY DIRECT, LLC, 870 N Miramar Avenue, PO Box #237, Indialantic, FL 32903. If your order is shipping to Florida or Michigan, please add 6% sales tax; for orders shipping to Maine, please add 5.5% sales tax. Note, we do not accept checks or money orders on multi-pay offers. This address does not accept product returns.

When will I receive my order?
All Fluidity Barre orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and should arrive in 2-3 weeks. All other orders are shipped via FedEx Express. To expedite your Fluidity Barre order and receive your items within 7-10 business days, select Priority Processing. Customers who provide an email address will receive a ship confirmation email including your tracking number once the order ships. There is a $150 shipping surcharge for all Fluidity Barre System orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

What is your return policy?
All of our products are backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee starting on the date of receipt of order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and would like to return your order, email us at info@fluidity.com within 30 days of receipt of order to request a RA# (Return Authorization Number.) To be eligible for a refund, your return must have the RA # visible on the outer box and be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of order. Ship your package using a trackable shipping method, and keep tracking details for your records as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Upon receipt of your return to our warehouse, you will be refunded your full purchase price not including return shipping and handling. Any DVD (other than our Fluidity Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced 30-Day Trial workouts sold with our Ultimate Package) that has been taken out of its plastic wrap is considered final sale and will not be accepted for return. Late returns are not accepted.

Can I cancel my order?

When you submit your order online, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our 30-day trial including our return and cancellation policy. Once you submit your order on our website, it is considered confirmed pending credit card authorization and may only be canceled by emailing or calling customer service prior to Noon EST the following business day. Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, it can not be cancelled and our 30-day return policy applies.

How does the Fluidity Barre Video on Demand Subscription Work?
All Fluidity Barre Video On Demand subscriptions auto renew, but you may cancel at any time without penalty. No questions asked. Just email us at info@fluidity.com prior to your next billing cycle to cancel your subscription and terminate future billing
